The Bible teaches us a very valuable lesson, ‘’DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE OTHERS DO UNTO YOU.”
Today, I want to tell you about judging others.
You must understand that, the way you see others, is the way you see yourself.
Just as in a film theater , the film is being run by the projector, behind, in the projection room, but the projection is being seen on the screen.
Similarly, the projector is our mind. In our mind, there are thousands of thoughts , judgments, false, misleading views, which make us misjudge other people. So what’s going on inside your mind is what is making you judge other people.
Remember, it’s not about the other person, it’s about you!
So :
- Stop judging other people. They are probably exactly the opposite of what you are thinking about them.
- The projector is in your mind. What you are seeing is outside on an the screen. So, first examine your thoughts.
- Other people would judge you just like you are judging them. Do not ignore the message I gave you in the beginning ‘’DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE OTHERS DO UNTO YOU!”
Today ,I talked about our projections. Another day, I will tell you more implications of this meaningful message from the Bible, but remember – Stop Judging!
It’s not fair for others, just as it’s not fair for others to judge you.
